Marketing internship: (online) marketing, communication & e-commerce

24 - 40 hours | The Hague | 5 months from February or September

What are you going to do?

As a marketing & communications intern, you'll be responsible for everything related to communication, content, and our online store, along with our team. You'll have ample opportunity to contribute and implement your ideas. No two days are the same, and your efforts will make an immediate impact.

A look at your job description:

  • 🔍 Optimize your webshop: from SEO-proof product texts to a user-friendly layout.
  • ✍️ Writing texts: blogs, product descriptions, web pages and newsletters.
  • 📅 Create and execute campaigns: Help us create campaigns that increase our impact.
  • 📱 Social media: writing and creating posts that fit our Marketing Calendar.
  • 💡 Actively participate in and work on projects within our team.
  • 📞 If you are interested, you may also be assigned some sales-related tasks such as connecting new retailers and answering customer questions.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic student who:

  • A second-, third-, or fourth-year student is studying a higher professional education program such as: Communication, Marketing Management, Digital Media and Communication, Commercial Economics, Creative Business.
  • Has a smooth pen and an excellent command of the Dutch language.
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva and the Adobe package (advantage).
  • Is proactive and can easily switch between different tasks.

At i-did, we're working to make a difference. We support people who haven't worked for a long time, or haven't worked at all, and offer them a place in our social workshop. At the same time, we transform worn-out (company) textiles into a sustainable new product: felt. We use this felt to create bags, accessories, and home furnishings. We do it all under one roof: from piles of old textiles to finished products. Our clients include companies like Stoov, KLM, and Efteling, and we also have an online store.
