For the new wallpaper collection FELT Eijffinger collaborates with i-did.

Our role: i-felt as a basis

Eijffinger uses our i-felt felt, made from recycled textiles, as the basis for its FELT wallcovering collection . This involves existing i-felt colors, which we have been producing for some time now from materials such as old KLM and military workwear, and carefully sorted post-consumer textiles. By reprocessing these textile streams into felt, we create colors with unique character, and through our collaboration with Eijffinger, they are given a second life in a completely different application: wallcovering.

From material to wallpaper

At i-did, the felt is produced by people who have not worked for a long time, or have never worked at all, and who are given the opportunity to gain work experience and develop their skills. Eijffinger then transformed this material into a high-quality wallpaper collection suitable for both homes and projects. The result: a collection where material, production process, and application naturally converge.

Now also available for consumers again

A great development is that our felt is once again available as wallpaper for consumers through the Eijffinger website . The complete FELT collection can be viewed there, including color variations and applications. The minimum order quantity is 1 meter.

We see the fact that brands like Eijffinger and Ahrend are choosing our i-felt as confirmation that textile reuse works in high-quality applications. Not as an experiment, but as a permanent part of our product range. For us, that's precisely what i-did stands for: creating materials that are right in terms of quality, appearance, and impact.
