Furnishing well together: new collaboration makes circular office furnishing more accessible than ever.
Nine circular businesses have united in Captains of the New Industry. With this new collaboration, Triboo, Alvero, Dekker Zevenhuizen, Signify, i-did, CircleFoam Sustainable Products, Studio Wae, Seawood and Nowa Kitchen are making circular office furnishing more accessible for clients, architects, designers, and buyers.
The demand for circular office furnishing is growing rapidly. Organizations increasingly want their sustainable ambitions to be visible in their work environment: a place that inspires, feels comfortable, and contributes to a better future.In practice, however, it often proves difficult to bring all circular solutions together in one coherent interior concept. Captains of the New Industry therefore brings together knowledge, products, and expertise from various specialists in one network.

One collaboration, endless possibilities
By pooling knowledge, collections, and expertise, a powerful network is created for a complete circular interior. From furniture to flooring, lighting and acoustic solutions, to pantries, floors, and materials. Together, the partners offer a broad and coherent range for clients, architects, designers, and buyers.
The affiliated brands share the same vision: sustainable furnishing must become simpler, more attractive, and more accessible. The products and solutions within the collective are circular, modular, reusable, or made from residual flows and natural raw materials. Several partners also add a strong social impact component (PSO 30+ level 3). In this way, we combine circular design, social impact, and high-quality aesthetics in one total concept. We show that sustainable choices are not only smart for the future, but also beautiful, practical, and affordable.

Collaboration as the new standard
According to the initiators, the circular economy requires a new way of working together. Not based on individual products, but on connection between materials, makers, designers, and clients. Whether it concerns a single product or a complete office design: through each affiliated brand, clients gain access to the collective knowledge and the combined offer of the network.
Captains of the New Industry is also explicitly intended as an open movement. Organizations that share the same circular ambition and can strengthen each other are invited to help build the collective.
In the coming period, the partners will jointly present the first projects, working methods, and opportunities for new participants.
